Do you need your little one up at a certain time? Scheduling a "Time-to-Rise" will help wake your little one in time to get out the door, and it can teach early risers when it’s okay to get out of bed.
How to set up your Time-to-Rise Schedule:
To set up your Time-to-Rise Schedule, navigate to the "Schedule" tab after connecting to your Hatch and tap on the plus sign in the upper right corner of that page.
You will be able to customize your Time-to-Rise routine- you can select the sound and light combination that will work best for wake-up! You can also set up a Playlist in order to set up different "stages" of wake up- for example, you can set a "yellow" light with no sound to indicate to your child that it's still time to stay in bed, followed by a "green" light with your choice of sound when you would like your little one to know it's time to get out of bed.
💡 Pro Tips:
If your little one has a habit of waking too early, we'd recommend using the Playlist feature and teaching your little one which color means it's time to stay in bed and which color means it's ok to get up! You can let your little one pick the colors themselves for a boost to their independence!
The Time-to-Rise Routine is interruptive, which means that if anything is already playing on your device the Time-to-Rise Routine WILL start automatically. If you want the sleep sound to continue playing while the light changes to your Time-to-Rise light, just select "no sound".
