- To set up your Stay-in-bed light, once on your Time-to-Rise "edit" screen, just tap the "Add Stay-in-bed" light to pick your transition color and to set the step duration.
- Scroll down to where you’ll see the Stay-in-Bed settings
- Select how long you’d like your Rest 2nd gen to display the transition color.
- The top section will show you the time the transition color will begin based on the duration you choose
- Make sure to hit Save at the top of the screen!
