Having trouble editing any current routines, or adding new ones? This is usually a quick fix!
If you receive a message stating "Oops! You can't have two routines starting at the same time" you'll want to double-check a few things!
- Make sure your Hatch Sleep app has been updated to the latest version.
- Next, you can check to make sure that you aren't trying to overlap any existing routines. Please note that this also applies to routines that are currently disabled.
- Make sure your Hatch is connected. A Wi-fi connection is needed to make any edits through the Hatch Sleep app, so if you are receiving any error messages while trying to save a routine, you may need to get it connected to your Wi-Fi. To get connected, you can start by unplugging your Wi-Fi router, and unplugging your Rest 2nd gen. Plug both back in after counting to ten and you should be back up and running! For further connection issue troubleshooting, you can see our Connecting to Your Hatch section.
