Ready to relax outside of your regular routine? Want to try some new sound and light combinations without adjusting your existing routine? You've come to the right place! Whether you're enjoying a Wind Down Channel or just want to listen to some Sleep Sounds, playing content outside of your Routine is just a few taps away:
- Once connected, tap on the “Library” tab at the bottom right of the Sleep App.
- Scroll through the different options. You'll be able to choose from Music, Dreamscapes, Sleep Stories, or Guided Rest
- Select a Channel you want to experience.
- Press play.
- If you want to adjust brightness or volume settings you can do so by tapping the media player at the bottom of the Sleep App and using the corresponding sliders.
Note: If you're in the middle of your Bedtime Routine and you switch over to play light or sound from the “Library” tab, your Bedtime Routine will stop and your next step will not be played.
Not seeing the options described above on your Restore? You may have a different content library if your Restore is one of our other models that contains our original collection of sleep content. The content is organized a bit differently, but is still centered around the same principle of helping you get great sleep and establish a healthy sleep routine!
