Battery and Charging Information
- The battery life for the Hatch Go is up to 15 hours depending on usage
- Charge time is around 2 hours, from empty to full
- A USB wall adapter of 5v/0.5A is required
- We recommend only using the charging cable included with your Hatch Go to charge the device
Light Indicator Information
- Hatch Go includes a battery indicator light to let you know when the battery is low and also keep track of the charging progress
- Red Light: If the red light is showing it means your Hatch Go has about 5% of its battery remaining. This light only shows when the device is not plugged in.
- Pulsing Amber Light: This light comes on while the device is charging. It only appears when the device is plugged in.
- Green Light: This light indicates that the device is fully charged. It only appears when the device is plugged in.
