Are you having trouble with your Restore sound? We can help!
First, start with a reset and make sure your Restore is connected:
- Unplug Restore
- Press and hold the Connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore
- Re-plug Restore
- Release the Connect button after 10 seconds
- Wait about 2 minutes for the Restore to reboot and connect to your Restore.
If you are still not hearing any sound on your device, you will want to double check your settings to make sure your volume is turned up and that you have a sound selected. If you see the "No Sound" text on your routine, there is no sound selected for that step of your routine. You can also view the volume you have selected by editing your step. Make sure the volume is turned up to at least 20% to test the sound.
If your Routine step appears similar to the below screenshots, the sound selection or the volume setting may be the issue.
