If your Restore is not showing the right color during your unwind, sleep, or wake-up routine, it can throw off your night or morning vibe — especially if you rely on the gradual light transition to ease you to sleep or start your day on a peaceful note. But don’t worry! The good news is that this issue can usually be fixed quickly with just a few quick steps!
- Unplug your Restore
- Press and hold the Connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore
- Re-plug Restore
- Release the Connect button after 10 seconds
- Wait about 2 minutes for the Restore to reboot and connect to your Restore.
- Let us know if the issue continues.
