Is your sound cutting out? Are you hearing fluctuations in the sound that shouldn't be there? Is there static in the sound that shouldn't be there? Let's help you get this resolved!
First, start with a reset and make sure your Restore is connected:
- Unplug Restore and relocate it to a different outlet in your home- we'd recommend trying another room, just for testing purposes.
- Press and hold the Connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore
- Re-plug Restore
- Release the Connect button after 10 seconds
- Wait about 2 minutes for the Restore to reboot and connect to your Restore.
- Play the sound again after resetting.
