How to Perform a Recovery Reset

Are you experiencing issues with your device?  A reset might help!  

Please try this hard reset on your Restore:    

1. Unplug Restore
2. Press and hold the Connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore
3. Re-plug Restore
4. Release the Connect button after 10 seconds
5. Wait about 2 minutes for the Restore to reboot and connect to your Restore.
6. Let us know if the issue continues.
