Are you experiencing issues with your device? A reset might help!
Please try this hard reset on your Restore
- Unplug Restore
- Press and hold the Connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore
- Re-plug Restore
- Release the Connect button after 10 seconds
- Wait about 2 minutes for the Restore to reboot and connect to your Restore.
