Hatch+ has some amazing benefits that we know you will love, but Rest 2nd gen can be used without the membership! Hatch+ sound options are located in the Hatch+ tab, and are noted in the app with a "star" icon on them.
From the "Explore" page, you can tap on the "Sleep Sounds" tab- located towards the top of the page to view the free sound options.
You will have access to the following items with a "free" experience:
- Sleep sounds
- Light options
- Alarms- including Time-for-Bed and Time-to-Rise
