Hatch+ has some amazing benefits that we know you will love, but Rest 2nd gen can be used without the membership! Hatch+ sound options are located in the Hatch+ tab and are noted in the app with a "star" icon on them.
From the "Explore" page, you can tap on the "Sleep Sounds" tab located towards the top of the page to view the free sound options.
You will have access to the following items with a "free" experience:
- Classic sleep sounds like Brown Noise, White Noise, and Heartbeat, as well as various water sounds, nature sounds, household sounds, and lullabies!
- Light options
- Alarms- including Time-for-Bed and Time-to-Rise
