We all have a huge to do list of things that need done, and sometimes little things like canceling a subscription can be forgotten.
The Hatch+ subscription can be hosted through Google Play Store, the iOS App Store, or Hatch directly. If your subscription is hosted through Google Play Store or the iOS App Store, you will need to reach out to the "Store" it is hosted through regarding the refund.

Did you purchase your device from Hatch.co directly? If so, your Hatch+ membership may be hosted through our website. You can check to see if you have a subscription through Hatch.co directly, by going to www.hatch.co/my-hatch.
