Did you have a morning where you needed those extra zzz's; you went to snooze your alarm and your alarm didn't go off allowing you to sleep a little longer? We definitely don't want that happening, especially on days when you need your extra sleep the most! Let's try some troubleshooting steps and get you back to grabbing those extra zzz's.
To start, please uninstall your app, restart your phone, and reinstall your app. After you reinstall your app, please try the following:
Reset your Restore:
- Unplug Restore.
- Press and hold the button with the two arrows (the Bluetooth connection button) on the bottom of your Restore.
- Plug Restore back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
Delete the alarm:
After getting reconnected to your Restore, please delete the current alarm you have set up that isn't snoozing. For help with how to delete the alarm, you can view this article here.
Create a test alarm:
After your alarm is deleted, please create a test alarm (without the Sunrise) to see if your snooze is working properly. When scheduling this test alarm please set it up to begin at least 2 minutes or more from the time you create the alarm. *Feel free to create more than 1 test alarm with different sounds*
When the test alarm goes off, try to snooze it like you would in the morning. Feel free to refer to this article for a refresher on how to snooze your alarm.

When reaching out, please let us know if you tried a different sound or the same sound you normally use for your test alarm. This will help us to determine if it is an issue with a specific sound or the snooze option for your device. Also, please send over a picture of the bottom of your device so we may take a closer look at your batch number.
