Having trouble adjusting the volume on your Restore?
If any single step of any routine is currently playing, you'll want to make sure you adjust the volume through the mini-player at the bottom of your Restore's homepage, rather than in the settings of that particular step.
If the Restore is not responding to your adjustments, you may just need to give the Restore a quick reset and ensure your Hatch Sleep app is up to date. To reset your Restore, please do the following:
- Unplug Restore
- Press and hold the Connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore
- Re-plug Restore
- Release the Connect button after 10 seconds
- Wait about 2 minutes for the Restore to reboot and connect to your Restore.
To ensure your Hatch Sleep app is updated properly, you'll want to uninstall the Hatch Sleep app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the Hatch Sleep app from the App Store or Google Play store.
