Does your alarm continue to play after tapping the button to snooze your Restore? We can help out!
First, you'll want to perform a quick reset on your Restore to see if that helps. You can reset your Restore using the following steps:
- Unplug your Restore
- Press and hold the Connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore
- Plug your Restore back in
- Release the Connect button after 10 seconds
- Wait about 2 minutes for the Restore to reboot and connect to your Restore. Make sure to accept any firmware updates if prompted
After trying that out, try setting up a test alarm (so you don't have to wait until the morning) and see if your snooze function is working again.
If you are still having trouble, please try the following steps:
1. Delete your alarm from the Hatch Sleep app
2. Uninstall the Hatch Sleep app
3. Restart your phone
4. Reinstall the Hatch Sleep app and set up another test alarm
