The Restore 3 Sunrise Alarm feature allows you to create a custom light and sound combination to gently wake you up. The light mimics the colors of a natural sunrise and gradually brightens over a duration of your choice. Once the sunrise is in full effect, your alarm sounds, for a more natural wake-up. The alarm will run for one hour, or until you tap on the Big Button to shut it off.
How do I create an alarm?
After connecting to your Restore 3 in the Hatch Sleep app, you can create a Sunrise Alarm by scrolling down until you see "Sunrise Alarm" and tapping "+ Add alarm."
On this next screen, you can select your desired Sunrise color and sound combination for the alarm! The sound will not start until after your "Sunrise" is complete and the alarm is "set" to go off. If you would prefer not to have a light or a sound for your alarm, simply toggle them off. To view all of the Sunrise lights/sounds we offer, scroll to the right and tap "See More."
After selecting your color light, tap "Done" in the top right-hand corner.
When selecting a sound from the "See More" section, Hatch+ subscribers will see premium/seasonal sounds, in addition to all of our standard alarm sounds offered there. The sound will begin when your alarm is set to go off (not during the Sunrise duration).
If you aren't a Hatch+ subscriber, you will see all of our standard alarm sounds. After selecting a sound from this page, you will have the option to "Preview" your sound first or to "Add to Alarm."
Once you have selected your light/sound, it will then take you to a page where you'll find the options to set the time of the alarm, the days of the week you'd like it to repeat, the desired brightness, the duration of the Sunrise, and lastly the volume of the Sunrise. Once you've adjusted the settings to your liking, don't forget to tap "Save" in the top right-hand corner!
Please note: If you'd like to set a single user or one-time alarm, just deselect all of the days of the week. The alarm will go off once and then delete itself from the app
