Are you experiencing issues with your device such as your device not turning on, sound not working, or other features not working?
Please try the following recovery reset:
- If content is currently playing, turn off your Hatch Baby by pressing the Big Button and holding until it turns off.
- Unplug your Hatch Baby for at least 5 minutes.
- Restart your phone.
- Press and HOLD the button with the two arrows (the Bluetooth connection button).
- Securely plug the Hatch Baby back into a different outlet and continue to hold the button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Hatch Baby for 10 seconds.
- Please wait about 5 minutes and attempt to connect to the device after that time.
