How do I cancel Hatch+?

Thanks for giving Hatch+ a try. We're sad to see you go! To cancel your membership, you’ll first need to determine where it’s hosted: on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Hatch.co website. If you’re not sure where your subscription is held, use the information below to locate it:

• Did you purchase your device from Hatch.co directly?  If so, your Hatch+ membership may be hosted through our website. You can check to see if you have a subscription through Hatch.co by going to https://www.hatch.co/my-hatch.
• If you don't think your membership is hosted through our website, it’s likelythrough the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play purchases on your phone or tablet to verify if your membership is hosted by the Apple App Store or Google Play.  

If your membership is hosted through Hatch.co 

1. Navigate to https://www.hatch.co/my-hatch
2. Log in
3. Once logged in, select Manage to make changes to your Hatch+ membership

If your membership is hosted through the Apple App Store or Google Play

If your subscription is hosted through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through these platforms directly. 

How to cancel Hatch+ through the Apple app store

Find instructions on how to cancel a subscription on your Apple device on their website here. Or, follow the steps below.

1. Open the Settings app on your phone
2. Select your name
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription you’d like to cancel
5. Select Cancel Subscription
   • Note: You may need to scroll down a little bit to find Cancel Subscription. If there is no option to cancel your subscription or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled.

How to cancel Hatch+ through Google Play

Find instructions on how to cancel a subscription via Google Play on their website here. Or, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to your Subscriptions in Google Play
2. Select the subscription you would like to cancel.
3. Select Cancel Subscription
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your cancellation
