Enabling Child Lock

Curious little hands wanting to tap all the buttons on your Hatch Baby?  Have peace of mind that their routine will stay the same and not be disrupted by turning on a Child Lock! This will disable the use of your buttons on your Hatch Baby device (the nightlight button will still operate when the Child Lock is active for those times when you need a quick light). 

How to Enable Child Lock: 

Connect to your Hatch Baby using the Hatch Sleep App and tap on the "gear" icon in the upper right corner of the app. 
Toggle the "Child Lock" option to the on position and tap on the X in the upper right corner to close out the "Quick Settings" page. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to further customize your toddler lock 

You can create a custom schedule for your child lock to turn on and off! 

Here's how: 

Instead of closing out the "Quick Settings" page, you will need to tap on the "Go to all settings" button. You will need to select the name of your Hatch Baby from the list of devices on the page. 
Tap on the "Child Lock" option 
Tap on the "Set Custom Schedule" option to customize the time your "Child Lock" is turned on.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

**Pro Tip! You can always tell if your Child Lock is enabled in the app at a glance! Just look for the "lock" icon in the upper right corner of the app!
