The volume buttons are located on the left side of Restore. Press the volume up or down quickly to make small changes, or press and hold for bigger adjustments. The numbers on the clock display will indicate your volume setting as you adjust them.
You can also make volume adjustments to your routine in the app by selecting the 3 dots in the corner of your routine, select edit and you can then scroll down and adjust the volume for your routine.
