Turning Restore On:
To start your bedtime routine, press the top of your Restore or the "closed eye" button on top of your Restore 2. It will seamlessly transition through each step in your Routine. |
Turning Restore Off:
To turn off Restore, press and hold the top of the device until you see OFF. If using a Restore 2, press the button on top (either the rest or the wake button) of the device until device turns off.
Volume Adjustments:
The volume buttons are located on the left side of Restore. Press the volume up or down quickly to make small changes, or press and hold for bigger adjustments. The numbers on the clock display will indicate your volume setting as you adjust them. If using a Restore 2, press on face of device on either side of the clock to turn up or turn down volume.
Lighting Adjustments:
The brightness buttons are located on the right side of Restore. Press up or down on the brightness button quickly to make small changes, or press and hold for bigger adjustments. The numbers on the clock display will indicate your brightness setting as you adjust them. If using a Restore 2, press on the face of the device right next to the clock and run your finger upwards or downwards to see the brightness numbers increase or decrease.

Alarm On/Off Button:
This button will quickly disable any scheduled alarms you have. (The next time you open your Sleep App, it will remind you of this)
Simply press this button again to re-enable any scheduled alarms.
(Please note: This button may be on the bottom or back left of Restore depending on which version you may have)
Alarm Time Button*:
Users can tap this button to see what alarm(s) are set within the next 24 hours.
- Tap once to see the 1st alarm set. (Or soonest alarm)
- Tap again to see the 2nd alarm that is set.
- You may continue this in progressive order until all upcoming alarms have been viewed
(Please note: If no alarms are enabled within the next 24 hours, the clock will show dashes.)
