The brightness buttons are located on the right side of Restore. Press up or down on the brightness button quickly to make small changes, or press and hold for bigger adjustments. The numbers on the clock display will indicate your brightness setting as you adjust them.

You can also make brightness adjustments to your routine in the app by selecting the 3 dots in the corner of your routine, select edit and you can then scroll down and adjust the brightness for the light setting on your routine.
