The online services that our products use are supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS), has been experiencing an outage. Our team is actively monitoring the status of the AWS outage and will continue to update this page as we have more information.
This outage is causing issues related to connectivity with some of our devices such as Hatch Baby, Restore, Restore 2, Restore 3, Rest+, Rest+ 2nd gen, Rest Mini, and Rest 2nd Gen. You may experience issues such as the time on your device not being displayed, issues connecting to your device from your phone, adjusting settings for your device from your phone application, etc... However, it is still possible to play pre-set Favorites by tapping your device. Your schedules and alarms should operate as expected.
