We have a few different options for where your Hatch+ membership may be hosted. Your membership could be hosted through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Hatch.co website. If you aren't sure where your subscription is held, you can use the information below to help locate it.
- Did you purchase your device from Hatch.co directly? If so, your Hatch+ membership may be hosted through our website. You can check to see if you have a subscription through Hatch.co direct, by going to www.hatch.co/my-hatch.
- If you don't believe that your membership is hosted through our website, it is likely handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play purchases on your phone or tablet to verify if your membership is hosted by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Hatch.co Hosted Membership:
If your membership is hosted through our website, you will need to cancel your membership through our website here. Once on our website, you'll want to tap "My Account" in the top right-hand corner and then log in. Once logged in you can click the blue button labeled "Manage" to make changes to your subscription status!
Apple App Store or Google Play Membership:
Should you want to cancel Hatch+ and/or request a refund, you will need to navigate to the app store used on your smartphone. Unfortunately, Hatch Support is unable to cancel subscriptions or process refunds from our end, if the subscription is hosted through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through your App store. If your membership is hosted through the Apple App Store or Google Play, use the below steps to assist you in making changes to your membership:

Hatch+ is canceled similarly to any in-app subscription made on an iOS device. Here are the steps to cancel an app subscription for an iOS phone:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you would like to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled.

- Select the subscription you would like to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
