Pre-Loved Devices

We are so excited to announce our new pre-loved program for refurbished devices!  

This program aims to positively impact the environment while offering reduced pricing on pre-loved devices.  When a Hatch finds its way back to us, we know there's more sleep to share.  Our pre-loved program gives these devices a second life, so you can rest easy and save.

• Where are these devices coming from?  Returned units will be screened to identify those fit for refurbishment, and ultimately take as many of the returned units that today are destined for the landfill and turn them into sellable units that can be used to delight again in the future.
• Are these devices reviewed for quality?  Yes!  All refurbished devices are inspected for quality and functionality.  These units are rigorously tested so you can sleep well knowing you'll receive one in tip-top shape!
• Is there a warranty for refurbished devices?  Yes!  All refurbished devices will be covered under the 1-year Hatch warranty, just like our new devices.
• Can I return a refurbished device?  Yes!  Like all new Hatch devices, refurbished units come with a 30-night risk-free guarantee and free returns.  If you do not love your refurbished device, you can return it within 30 days.
• What do the refurbished devices look like?  These pre-loved devices will come in a plain cardboard box, unlike the vibrant-colored packaging that we use for new devices.  We are packaging refurbished devices differently in order to make it clear that you are receiving a refurbished device. 
• Where can I purchase a refurbished device?  These devices will only be available online for direct purchase through Hatch.co and will not be sold on retail shelves.
