Here are some important things to know about using your Rest 2nd gen:
- The numbers down the left side of your Touch Ring tab correspond to the position of that step on your Touch Ring. Tap until you see the number you want to play (eg, to play step 2, tap until you see “2” on your clock display)
- For 1-step routines, your Rest 2nd gen will turn off when the duration is complete. For playlists with multiple steps, your Rest 2nd gen will advance through each step when the duration of the prior step ends. If the routine is also on your Touch Ring, you can tap your Touch Ring manually to advance early to step 2.
- Steps on your Touch Ring with an ∞ duration (eg, your Sleep step) will play continuously. To turn your Rest 2nd gen off, press and hold the Touch Ring on the top of your device using your fingertip until "OFF" is displayed on the clock. You can also manually tap the Touch Ring to advance to another routine.
