Now that you are a Hatch+ subscriber, it may be a little over whelming to find content that is the perfect fit for you! We are always working on better ways to help you find just what you need, right when you need it, here's a few tips you can use to help!
- Multi-Step Routine: Routine is essential to a good nights sleep. Each person is unique and one routine that works for one person, may not work for another. That's why we have a lot of content options at your fingertips! If you aren't sure where to start, go ahead and set up a "Cue to Unwind"- this will help you recognize when it's time to start getting ready for bed. Pick an "Unwind" step or two. Do you like to read? Maybe start with a solid light for an hour to get your reading in, and pick a second Unwind step with some relaxing music. Prefer to have someone read for you? We've got options for that too! There is no right or wrong way to do it, so give a few things a try to find what you like! Finally, get your sleep sound set up. Pick a sound that relaxes you and will help you stay asleep!
- Search feature: Need something to relax to? Hoping for some soothing music or nature sounds? Looking for the perfect the wake up vibe with a new alarm sound? Just use the search bar to find exactly what you are looking for! It's located in the "Library" section of the app at the top! Also, as an added bonus- the search feature is available for light colors too!
- Recently Listened: Did you recently listen to a sound you loved, but didn't save and now you can't find it? We have you covered! In the library section of the app, you will find the "Recently Listened" category which will list all the sounds you recently played.
