When you open the Hatch Sleep app, enter the email address you used for your Hatch Sleep account. After entering your Hatch account email address, you can select the option to send a "Magic Link" to your email or use the password instead. The Magic Link will send an email to the email address associated with your Hatch Sleep account. Click on that link and log in with ease!
Still having some trouble logging in?
First, you'll want to make sure you are entering your password correctly. Keep in mind the password is case sensitive. Make sure no extra "spaces" have been added to the end of your password.
If you are still having trouble, you'll want to try resetting your password using the "forgot password" option on the login page. You'll be asked to confirm your email address and a link will be emailed to you through which you can reset your password.
If you're having issues resetting your password from the link that is sent, please try the following resetting your password once more, but before accessing the reset link, try the following steps:
1. Uninstall the Hatch app
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall the Hatch app
4. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password
Trouble resetting your password from your mobile device? Please try accessing the password reset email from a device that doesn't have the Hatch Sleep app installed (such as a laptop or another phone) or delete the Hatch Sleep app and reinstall it after the password has been reset.
