We work hard to get our products sent out as soon as possible! We offer various shipping options and times depending on the delivery location. Please note that all quoted shipping times are estimates and we are not able to guarantee the delivery of a product by a certain date.
We will send you an email once your order ships containing tracking information. The order confirmation email is your receipt and can be printed for your records. It contains your order number, product purchased, price paid, and your ship-to and bill-to addresses.
Expedited shipping options are only available within the contiguous US. Please note, shipments made to military bases or PO boxes may be returned to sender.
Issuess with your shipment?
- Incorrect address?
- If the billing address on your shipment is incorrect, but you received an order confirmation- your order went through and there is no need to worry about that address!
- If the mailing address is incorrect, we are not usually able to adjust a mailing address on a shipment since we begin processing your order as soon as it's submitted. If you entered the mailing address incorrectly, feel free to reach out to us directly and we can see what solutions we can come up with for you.
- Tracking shows it was delivered:
- If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you don't see it we'd recommending just a few extra days. Sometimes tracking is updated before the package arrives.
- After a few days, we'd recommend check to see if it's possible another member of your household or neighbor brought it in or picked it up for you.
- Make sure to check with the reception area of your building, if applicable.
- Double check the mailing address you entered for the shipment.
- Contact our team and let us know if you are still having any trouble with your package arriving!
- Order damaged?
- We make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order, but if your order has been damaged in shipping, let us know! We will work with you for a resolution as quick as possible! When you reach out, it's helpful to send over a clear photo of the damage as well as a photo of the shipping lable so we can reach out to our shipping partners about the issue.
