Once you place your order your order that you have placed on Hatch.co ships, you will receive a tracking number. That tracking number will give you the details on your order status. You can use this quick guide to tell you what is happening with your package:
- In transit: Your order is on the way! Keep watching the tracking for any updates!
- Out for delivery: Your package is about to arrive, keep an eye out!
- Delivered: Your package has arrived, if you aren't seeing it be sure to check with other members of your household, your neighboors, building security, or the building front desk if applicable. If you still cabn't locate your package, please reach out to us using the "Submit a request" button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- Returned to sender: If your order is listed as returned to sender, it was sent back to us due to an issue with delivery. Please reach out to us using the "Submit a request" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Make sure to include your correct mailing address so we can confirm the mailing address on the shipment.
