If you cannot remember your password and need to reset it, follow the steps below.
- Log out of your account
- Navigate back to the Log In section of the app
- Tap the "Log In" button
- Select "Forgot password?"
- Enter your email and follow the prompts to reset your password
- You will receive an email that will help you reset your password
Still having trouble after completing the above steps? Please try resetting your password once more. Before clicking the link received in your email to reset your password, uninstall the Hatch Sleep app, restart your phone and then reinstall the Hatch Sleep app.

6. Restart your phone
