If you're having trouble deleting an alarm, we're here to help!
Restart the Hatch Sleep app
Sometimes, a simple restart of the app can resolve temporary glitches. You can force close the app and relaunch it before trying to delete your alarm again.
To force close the app:
On iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the home button on older models) to see your open apps. Find the alarm app and swipe up to close it.
On Android: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, tap the app icon at the top of the window, and then select 'Force Stop'. Alternatively, you can go to Settings > Apps > [Your App Name] > Force Stop.
Reinstall the Hatch Sleep app
If the issue persists, reinstalling the app will give you a fresh start. You'll want to delete the app from your phone, restart your phone for good measure, and then reinstall the Hatch Sleep app - once you've logged back into your account, reconnect to your Restore and try to delete your alarm one more time.
