You can turn your Rest on/off and cycle through your favorites by tapping the metal touch ring on the top of Rest.
- Each tap will cycle through your favorite settings.
- A “long tap” (holding the ring for a few seconds) on the touch ring will turn Rest off.
You are also able to control the volume, brightness and sound track being played by using the buttons on the bottom of Rest.
