Are you having trouble with your Restore 2 sound? We can help!
First, start with a reset and make sure your Restore 2 is connected:
- Unplug Restore 2 and move it right next to your router (just for troubleshooting purposes).
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
- Attempt to play a sound using the app.
- Attempt to play a sound by turning on your routine from your Restore 2 directly
If you are still not hearing any sound on your device, you will want to double check your settings to make sure your volume is turned up and that you have a sound selected. If you see the "No Sound" text on your routine, there is no sound selected for that step of your routine. You can also view the volume you have selected by editing your step. Make sure the volume is turned up to at least 20% to test the sound.
