- Take a cue: Life gets busy and sometimes we need to set up a little reminder to tell us when to slow down and get ready for rest. Our Cue to Unwind feature allows you to set up a visual and audible reminder that it's time to turn your attention to your bed time routine. You can set up your cue for as many or as few days of the week that you need.
- Play content on your phone: Need an "Unwind fix" but not near your Restore 2? Don't worry- we have you covered! With Hatch+, you will have access play all your Restore 2 sounds right from your phone.
- Set a morning routine: Use our sunrise alarm to gently wake your body up and instead of hitting the ground running, take a Morning Moment with us by selecting one of our soothing music options, or ease into your morning with mindful and gentle movement using one of our morning guides.
