Missing data that you have entered into the Hatch Grow app?
To fix this, please try logging out of your Hatch Grow app and logging back in and the data should reappear in your app.
If your data appears on one device but is not syncing to another, please first export your data on the device it is appearing on. Then, on the device that is not synced, log out and log in again. This should populate any missing weight, feedings, sleep, or diaper changes. You can view this article for the steps to export your data.
To avoid data missing, when using the Hatch Grow app across multiple devices, we recommend creating a second account and adding it to your Hatch Grow app as a caregiver, instead of sharing credientials. Sharing credentials can cause an issue with syncing. Steps on how to add a caregiver can be found here.
