First, you'll want to make sure you are entering your password correctly. Keep in mind the password is case sensitive. Make sure no extra "spaces" have been added to the end of your password.
If you are still having trouble, you'll want to try resetting your password using the "forgot password" option on the login page. You'll be asked to confirm your email address and a link will be emailed to you through which you can reset your password.
If you're having issues resetting your password from the link that is sent, please try the following resetting your password once more, but before accessing the reset link, try the following steps:
1. Uninstall the Hatch Baby app
2. Restart your phone (helps to clear any temp data stored)
3. Reinstall the Hatch Baby app
4. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password
Trouble resetting your password from your mobile device? Please try accessing the password reset email from a device that doesn't have the Hatch Baby app installed (such as a laptop or another phone) or delete the Hatch Baby app and reinstall it after the password has been reset.
