Restore 2 not turning on? Let's get you up and running again!
First, go ahead and move your Restore 2 to another outlet in your home. It may help to even try a different room. Before trying your Restore 2 in the new outlet, you can make sure the outlet is working by making sure another lamp or device operates if plugged into that outlet.
Next, please try the following reset:
- Unplug your Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug your Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
