Restore 2 not turning on? Let's get you up and running again!
First, go ahead and move yoru Restore 2 to another outlet in your home. It may help to even try a different room. You can make sure the outlet is operating as it should by making sure another lamp or device operates if plugged into that outlet, before trying your Restore in it.
Next, please try this hard reset:
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
If these steps don't work and you happen to have another Restore 2, please try swapping cords to see if the Restore 2 will then turn on. If a different power cord works, you can order a new cord on our website: https://www.hatch.co/accessories/powercords/restore-2
