Is your sound cutting out? Are you hearing fluctuations in the sound? Is there static in the sound that shouldn't be there? Let's help you get this resolved!
First, start with a reset and make sure your Restore 2 is connected:
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
If these steps don't work and you happen to have another Restore 2, please try swapping cords to see if the Restore 2 will play the sound correctly. If a different power cord works, you can order a new cord on our website: https://www.hatch.co/accessories/powercords/restore-2
