For most Hatch devices, you will want to download one of our apps so you can use your device to the fullest potential! The Hatch Sleep app is for our sleep devices and the Hatch Baby app is used for Grow.
Our app for all Hatch Sleep devices can be found exclusively on the Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
If you are using Hatch Grow, you can locate the Hatch Baby app on the Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
We do not offer a desktop app at this time!

If you are running into any issues with our app, don't worry- we can help!
Can't log in?
If you are having trouble getting logged in, we recommend resetting the password. To reset your password, log out of the app- if you haven't already. Before logging out, make sure you know the email address you used to set up your account- this can be found in your "Account Info" section in the Hatch Sleep app and Hatch Baby app. After logging out, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.
Is the app crashing?
If you are experiencing the app crashing, try these steps to see if it will resolve:
- Delete and reinstall the app- prior to deleting, make sure you have exported your Hatch Baby data for a back up (if you are using the Hatch Baby app) and that you know the email address on your account so you can get logged back in.
- Try another device- if you have another phone or tablet, please try to download the app on that other device to see if the issue continues.
- If you are still seeing an issue with the app, make sure to note what action you are taking in the app when the issue occurs and send us a message.
