What better gift to give than the gift of sleep! A good nights sleep is one of the best gifts of all, and we are so excited that you would like to send a Hatch to a friend or loved one so they can rest well! Here's a few things you might want to know before sending a Hatch for a gift:
Can my gift recipient return their Hatch if they don't like it?
Yes! We have a 30 day return policy on purchases made from Hatch.co. They can send a quick note to our Customer Support Team whom will guide them through their options. It's best if they have an order number, but we can still help if not!
Will the package arrive with a receipt stating what I paid?
No, the packing slip never states the amount charged, so don't worry- they won't know how much you spent!
Can I request gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but don't worry- once they open up the box and see a Hatch; they won't even think about the lack of wrapping!

Can I send a Hatch+ Membership with my Hatch device purchase?
There is currently no way to gift a Hatch+ subscription directly.
If you would like to gift a Hatch+ subscription, we do have an option for you!
Hatch+ subscriptions can be purchased through the App and Google Play Stores on your phone, so if you would like to gift a subscription; we recommend purchasing an iTunes or Google Play gift card for your recipient to enjoy our ever-growing library of sleep content!
Can I send a gift card?
All Hatch products make a great gift! We currently do not have a way to purchase gift cards for our website. We hope to have this available in the future.
If you purchase one of our products as a gift, your gift recipient can utilize our 30-night return window to try out the item you chose.
