On rare occasions, you may need to make a warranty claim on your Hatch device. If that's happened- you probably have noticed that we may send you a refurbished device as the replacement. Curious why we do this? It's for a few reasons!
- It's important to us all at Hatch to use our resources carefully. Using refurbished devices for replacements helps to save waste.
- We rigorously test, clean and repair every refurbished Hatch, so you can sleep well knowing you’ll receive it in tip-top shape with everything you need to get up and running.
- All of our devices, whether the device is new or refurbished, it come with a one year warranty; so you don't need to worry about you refurbished device!
