Once you have selected a channel for you or your little one to relax with, you may notice that there are several different content options in each channel. The content will rotate through so you don't have to hear the same story/content each night, keeping bed or nap time unique!
Content not rotating?
If you are experiencing an issue with the content rotating, you will want to keep a few things in mind:
- In order for the content to rotate, you will want to make sure to play that routine step for 5 minutes or more.
- Also, when editing your routine, it will "reset" the content to start the tracklist over again- this could result in a track repeating each day if the routine is edited daily.
If you have encountered any issues, make sure to play the content for over 5 minutes and keep your routine the same for two more days.
Can I play the same piece of content each night?
If you found a story that you love and would like to play the same piece of content each night, you will just need to go into the Hatch Sleep app and select the content you would like to play, rather than the entire channel.
What if I remove a channel from my routine, will I have to start the content from the beginning of the tracklist if I select it again?
No, if you go back to the channel; your content rotation will start at the spot you left off from!
