Since your Hatch+ membership can be purchased on a few different platforms, we'd be happy to help you determine where your membership was purchased and hosted!
Step 1: Check your App Store/Google Play account
The App Store and Google Play account you use to make purchases will keep a list of those purchases. If you aren't sure if you purchased your Hatch+ membership through the App Store or Google Play, that's a great place to check!
To navigate to your purchases on the App Store, just open the "App Store" app on your iPhone. Next, tap on the circle "avatar" in the upper right corner. You should see a "Purchase History" option- clicking on that will take you to a list of your purchases. If you purchased your Hatch+ membership through the App Store, it will be on that list.
It's a similar process to locate your purchases on an Andriod device, but keep in mind many Android devices are unique and the steps for this may be slightly different for your phone. To find your purchases on an Android device, open up the Google Play app and locate the avatar circle in the upper right corner of the app's home page. Tap on the "Payments & Subscriptions" option. Since Hatch+ is sold as a subscription, click on the "Subscriptions" option to see if your Hatch+ membership was purchased through Google Play.
Step 2: Check for an account on Hatch.co
Hatch+ can be purchased on Hatch.co directly! To see if you have an active membership through Hatch.co, just navigate to https://www.hatch.co/my-hatch and use your Hatch account information to log in. Any active membership's you signed up for under the email address provided will appear there. If it's possible you used a different email address, we'd recommend trying to log in with those email addresses as well to ensure that you can locate the Hatch+ membership.
A few notes:
- It is possible to sign up for multiple Hatch+ memberships- we'd recommend checking for a membership under the App Store/Google Play as well as Hatch.co if you think you might have signed up more then once on accident.
- We'd also recommend checking additional email addresses on Hatch.co if you aren't seeing an expected membership on your account when logging in.
- When you purchase Hatch+ on Hatch.co, you will need to make sure you are signed into the Hatch Sleep app on the same account in order to see the active membership.
