Did you sign up for Hatch+, but don't seem to have access to the Hatch+ content? Try the following troubleshooting steps to get your Hatch+ purchase restored!
Google Play or App Store Hatch+ Purcahse
If you purchased Hatch+ through Google Play or the App Store, you will want to try the "Restore Purchase" option, located at the bottom of the Hatch+ purchase page. This should restore any purchase made from Google Play or the App Store.
In the event that you are unable to restore your purchase, we recommend checking Google Play or the App Store to ensure that your payment method is current. If your payment method is correct and you are still unable to see Hatch+ on the app, get in touch with Hatch Support. Head to the top menu to send us a message!
Hatch.co Hatch+ Purchase:
If you purchase Hatch+ directly on Hatch.co you will want to verify the following information to ensure Hatch+ is applied to your account:
- Verify the email address you used to make your Hatch+ purchase- it should match the email address you have used in the Hatch Sleep app. If you need to change your email, this article will help you with that process.
- Make sure your payment method is correct. You can manage your payment method and subscription through Hatch.co directly, by going to www.hatch.co/my-hatch.
- Finally, delete and reinstall the Hatch Sleep app to see if that helps.
Seeing Hatch+ on one device and not the other?
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, and you switch to a different type of device (for example, purchase an Android after you purchased your subscription on your iPhone through the App Store), the subscription is not able to transfer between the two types of devices since Google Play and the App Store do not share data.
