Did you have a morning when you needed a little extra sleep? You went to snooze your alarm, and your alarm didn't go off the second time? We definitely don't want that happening, especially on days when you need your extra sleep the most! Let's try some troubleshooting steps, and you will be back to being able to rely on your alarm!
The first steps are all on your phone!
- Delete your current alarm. Learn how here.
- Uninstall your Hatch Sleep app.
- Restart your phone (important to clear any temp. data).
- Reinstall your Hatch Sleep app.
The next steps are on your Restore 2 to ensure that it's working as expected!
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the button with the two arrows (the Bluetooth connection button) on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
Once your Restore 2 is back online, you'll want to create a test alarm (without the Sunrise) to see if your snooze is working properly. When scheduling this test alarm please set it up to begin at least 3 minutes from the current time. *Feel free to create more than 1 test alarm with different sounds*
When the test alarm goes off, try to snooze it like you would in the morning. For a refresher on how to snooze your alarm, refer to this article
