When setting up a Hatch for the first time, the Hatch will be registered to the Hatch Sleep account used when setting it up! Once registered, the device will be tied to that account unless the device is deregistered.
To deregister your Hatch, please reach out to the customer support team directly. Let them know the name of the device you would like removed from your account. If you have purchased a used device that is registered to the previous owner, please reach out as well so our team can assist you!
