The Restore 2 is designed to briefly display the time with a quick touch even if you have your clock display set to "off". Having trouble getting the time to display? We can help!
First, you'll want to double-check and make sure this feature is enabled. Navigate to your Restore 2's settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner, selecting your device, and tapping "clock display" and make sure to toggle on "Tap your Restore to see the time."
Note that this function works best when tapping the outer shell/sides of the Restore 2, rather than the fabric on the front.
Still having trouble?
If you're clock display still won't illuminate with the above considered, please try the following steps to reset the Restore 2:
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
