Is your Restore 2's clock display showing the time a couple of hours ahead or behind? You'll want to double-check that it's synced to the correct time zone.
First, you can try a quick reboot of your Restore 2. You can do this by performing the following steps:
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
Still having trouble? Navigate to your Restore 2's settings using the gear icon in the top right corner of the Hatch Sleep app, select your Restore on the following page, and then scroll down to "Time zone." You should see "Update Time Zone" if it doesn't match the one to which your phone is synced.
If you aren't seeing "update time zone" then you might need to adjust some settings on your phone.
- Change your phone's timezone to a different timezone
- Connect to your device and select "Update Time Zone" using the steps above
- Change your phone's timezone back to your correct timezone
- Connect to your device and select "Update Time Zone" using the steps above
You might also need to check the date and time settings on your phone by going into your phone's settings, going to Settings > General > Date & Time, and clicking "set automatically."
