Having trouble adjusting the volume while listening to your Restore 2?
There are two ways to adjust the volume playing from your Restore - in the Hatch Sleep app and by tapping the bottom corners on the fabric clock display.
In the Hatch Sleep App: If any single step of any routine is currently playing, you'll want to make sure you adjust the volume through the mini-player at the bottom of your Restore 2's homepage, rather than in the settings of that particular step.
If the Restore 2 is not responding to your adjustments, you may just need to give the Restore 2 a quick reset and ensure your Hatch Sleep app is up to date. To reset your Restore 2, please do the following:
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
To ensure your Hatch Sleep app is updated properly, you'll want to uninstall the Hatch Sleep app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the Hatch Sleep app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Trouble adjusting the volume using the device itself?
Make sure you're interacting with the correct area. You can adjust the volume by tapping the bottom corners of the Restore 2's fabric clock display
