Does your alarm continue to play after tapping the Rise button on your Restore 2? We can help out!
First, you'll want to perform a quick reset on your Restore 2 to see if that helps. You can reset your Restore using the following steps:
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and then connect at your Restore 2. Make sure to accept any firmware updates if prompted.
After trying that out, try setting up a test alarm (so you don't have to wait until morning) and see if your snooze function is working again.
Still having trouble? Please try the following steps:
1. Delete your alarm from the Hatch Sleep app
2. Uninstall the Hatch Sleep app
3. Restart your phone
4. Reinstall the Hatch Sleep app and set up another test alarm
